Bylaws are typically in one large document and are updated from time to time as needed. For your conveniece the document has been divided into three categories for your convenience:
Administrative Bylaws have been established to promote good administration of the organization. Some of the administrative bylaws include association financial rules, council composition and terms, election procedures, meetings, etc.
Fee Bylaws are related to the fees the SALPN can charge to members and applicants for licensure and various services. Included in the fee bylaws are initial registration and licensing fees, renewal licensing fees, late fees, and other administrative fees.
Regulatory Bylaws define the authority of the SALPN to regulate Licensed Practical Nurses. These areas include membership and registration, licenses, continuing education, professional conduct, discipline, specialized areas of practice, etc.
