Late Renewal (between Dec. 2nd – 15th): $100.00 

Late Renewal (between Dec. 16th – 31st): $200.00 

Re-Licensure: $400.00 

Application Fees

Saskatchewan Graduate: $150.00

Out of Province Graduate: $200.00

Out of Province Applicant: $200.00

Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN): $300.00

Return to Province Applicant: $200.00

Miscellaneous Fees 

Verification of Registration/Licensure Fee: $50.00 

Practice Hours Extension Fee: $100.00

Record Transfer Fee: $50.00

CPNRE Fee: $415.00 (January/February 2021)
