Annual LPN Licensure Renewal beginning 2021 (LPNs/GLPNs): $450.00 

Non-Practicing Certification: $60.00 

Late Renewal (between Dec. 2nd – 15th): $100.00 

Late Renewal (between Dec. 16th – 31st): $200.00 

Reinstatement of Registration/Licensure: $200.00

Saskatchewan Graduate: $150.00

Out of Province Graduate: $200.00

Out of Province Applicant: $200.00

Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN): $300.00
