Report a Criminal Charge or Conviction

Section 17.1 of the SALPN Regulatory Bylaws states:

A member who is charged or convicted of an offence pursuant to the Criminal Code (Canada) or the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada) shall report the charge or conviction to the Registrar within 30 days.

To report a charge or conviction, please complete the online form.  After submission, the SALPN Registrar will contact you by email and offer further guidance about what is required to complete the review.

The SALPN’s review of criminal charges and convictions takes time, and Members should expect and prepare for delays, especially if the submission coincides with the annual licensure renewal.
