SALPN Annual Renewal
The SALPN’s annual renewal deadline is December 1st. Members holding a license in the Practicing or Graduate categories of licensure, and those with Non-Practicing certification must renew on or before the deadline to avoid late fees.
Each October, the SALPN issues its Members emails inviting them to renew their Practicing or Graduate licensure or Non-Practicing Certification online. Reminder emails are issued until December 31st and to only those who have not completed their annual renewal. The SALPN emphasizes to Members, the importance to update email addresses should they change as this is the only means of communicating important information. Members can update their contact information at any time of the year by logging into the Member Profile section of the SALPN website.
Before renewing, it is important for each Member to have the following information available:
- Practice hours for current year,
- CEP hours information, including; certificates, proof of attendance, transcripts, etc. saved to the device chosen to use for renewal,
- Updated employment information, as necessary,
- Payment method.
Participants in the SALPN Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PPP) are required to complete their renewal online. Once PPP participants complete their CEP declaration and submit next, the online system recognizes their PPP enrollment and their renewal is accepted.
