SALPN Verification of Registration

Are you a current or former SALPN member applying for registration and licensure in another Canadian jurisdiction?  If so, you are required to complete a Verification of Registration (VOR) request form.  The form is accessible by clicking the tab below.

Verification of Registration Request Form

When your VOR is received, the SALPN will generate a $50 invoice to your SALPN Member Portal.   Once paid, the SALPN will complete the VOR request.  Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your request to be completed.

For other verifications (RN, NNAS, etc.), please email registration@salpn.com, and the SALPN will issue the necessary form and any further instructions.
