SALPN Verification of Registration

SALPN Verification of Licensure requests are required by members or former members who are applying for licensure or registration in other Canadian jurisdictionsNNAS or jurisdictions outside of Canada. Verification of registration submissions requires the verification of registration authorization form of the appropriate jurisdiction, along with the SALPN Verification of Registration Payment Form. The fee to process verification of registration requests is $50.00. Requests can be sent to the SALPN office via mail, fax or email (nodegard@salpn.com). Receipts are sent via email once payments and requests are processed, and sent to the appropriate jurisdiction.
