SALPN Verification of Registration

Are you a current or former SALPN member who is applying for licensure or registration in another Canadian Jurisdiction? If so, you will be required to complete a verification of the registration request form.

For all other verification requests (RN, NNAS, etc.) please send the verification of registration form provided to you from the jurisdiction you are applying to along with the SALPN’s payment form.  Forms can be sent by email to nodegard@salpn.com.
